This 2026 prospect is one of the most underrated athletes in South Central PA. An All-State player in 6A Pennsylvania football, Gurley caused issues for opposing teams last season both offensively and defensively.

On the offensive end, at the Tight End position, Colin was able to stretch defenses out either vertically or horizontally. Being able to play with his hand in the dirt or lining up in the slot, opposing defenses needed to account for where he was on each play. On the defensive end, this is where Gurley made his biggest impact. Racking up 46 tackles in which 8 were for TFL’s, he really showed up in quarterbacks faces accounting for 10.5 sacks and 23 hurries.

Most of his defensive film is with his hand in the ground terrorizing offensive lineman but with Colin’s athleticism, he can play on the edge or in the middle as a linebacker as well. He has both great lateral and vertical change of direction movement along with the strength and explosion you're looking for out of a high-level prospect. As his junior year film is impressive alone, seeing him compete and move in person will only clear up any questions you may have about him.

Look for Gurley to continue to dominate the YAIAA in his senior campaign and pick up some offers as the summer camp season goes on. We predict him to be a FBS G5/FCS caliber player coming out of high school.
